Provincial Violence Prevention Curriculum Facilitator Training

To complete registration please follow these requirements. Please note that the registration process must be completed by the workshop participant.

1. Participants must meet the following criteria to be admitted into this program:

Experience working in healthcare or the continuing care sector
The ability to effectively train others
The desire and opportunity to provide ongoing support to peers once they are trained and provide in-the-moment education where needed
Advocate for workplace health and safety and best practices to reduce workplace injuries

2. If you meet the criteria, your next steps are:

Print the letter of organizational support.
- Have it signed by your Administrator or Director of Care,
- Scan the letter to be uploaded as a part of your application.
To begin the application process, press the green "Register Now" button
- Have your letter of organizational support ready to be uploaded,
- Provide your email address on the event registration page,
- Select a member or non-member ticket based on your organization's membership type, (Link to what membership means)
- Assign ticket to your self,
- Complete the application form,
- Fill in either your personal address or organization,
- Fill out the credit card information and the associated billing information,
- Checkout.

Please note: completing registration is not a guarantee of program admission. All submissions will be evaluated after the application is received. If there is an issue with your application, you will be contacted.

Cost:

SafeCare BC members: $400 per participant

Non-SafeCare BC members: $800 per participant
