Overview:

Are you an LPN passionate about health and safety? SafeCare BC has developed a leadership training program for LPNs that will support them in formal and informal leadership roles in promoting the development of a culture of workplace health and safety.

This training has been designed to provide LPN-specific leadership education that addresses current gaps pertaining to LPN roles in workplace health and safety. The education focuses on providing practical, hands-on tools for LPNs to use in the context of their roles as safety leaders in the continuing care sector. It incorporates best-practices in terms of adult learning principles, with a focus on interaction and participant engagement.
